When you purchase the Mileage Tracker you will be sent a link to download our custom made spreadsheet.
Download this to your desktop or folder, my documents etc.
When you are ready to transfer your data to the spreadsheet, turn on the Mileage Tracker, agree to the warning message then hit the scroll down button.
This will bypass the syncing with the satellites and take you to the main menu. Scroll down to download, hit enter key then plug usb cable into your computer. The files on the Mileage Tracker should be on your monitor if not unplug usb cable from computer and plug back in. Now all files should be showing, simply highlight file and drag to desktop.csv file, gpx file and txt file.
Once they are on your desktop highlight and delete from the Mileage Tracker. Unplug the Mileage Tracker, then open our excel spreadsheet, use the import button already built into our sheet, you will be asked if you want to append the data already on the spreadsheet. Pick yes or no (depending on your individual requirements) then find the csv file you dragged to your desktop, highlight then open the file.
You should now get the message your data has been transferred successfully. To print your completed spreadsheet just use the print button already built into the spreadsheet. YOU ARE NOW FINISHED.
The .gpx file can be imported into Google Earth to see your routes, and the txt file can be used to make your own spreadsheet or word document depending on you needs.

We suggest taking the files from the desktop and placing them in separate folders if you ever need to review them,it will also be less confusing the next time you transfer your data.
