Not only will you get accurate mileage reports from employees, but now you can audit and track daily production.  The Mileage Tracker report will show you time of day and location for employees start of work day.  Every time the vehicle is stopped for 3 or more minutes, a stop is automatically logged with location, time of day and duration of stop.  An employees end of work day is also recorded with location and time.

The Mileage Tracker also gives you a complete GPX file for each day which is compatible with Google Earth.  You simply import the GPX file into Google Earth and you will see turn-by-turn routes with vehicle speed, time of day and all stops will be flagged with duration of those stops.  Best of all, no monthly fees.
